Don’t Carp, Marley Tiffin D-5

DCMT#4

“Kai and friends wonder if it’s possible to have a turf war in a garden pond.”

Five days to go till I publish Don’t Carp, Marley Tiffin.  The book is effectively done but I’m torturing myself by going through a final edit and hoping that I don’t inadvertently turn it into a novella.  Whether it’s hubris or the influence Messrs Dunning and Kruger, it’s turned out better than I thought and I’m quite exited at the prospect of getting it out even though the great likelihood is that it will be swallowed whole by cyberspace.

I like to think the above picture is an accurate representation of Kai, a secondary antagonist in the book, and a couple of his mates.  I certainly wouldn’t want to mess with these chaps; even the one who’s swimming backwards looks menacing, though that may just be me.
